GRÜMWISE SHIPPING POLICY

At Grümwise, we take pride in ensuring your order reaches you safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, fulfil, and deliver your orders worldwide.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery status.

Please note that during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

Grümwise partners with reliable global couriers and standard postal services to ensure secure and timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Express options may become available depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs clearance, courier delays, or local public holidays.

3. SHIPPING FEES

  • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping.

All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is finalised.

4. DUTIES, TAXES, AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DDP)

To simplify your experience, all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means that all duties, customs, and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, ensuring a smoother delivery process with no additional fees upon arrival.

Please note that customs processes and import requirements vary by country. While we do everything possible to minimise delays, Grümwise cannot control customs inspection times or import clearance procedures.

5. TRACKING AND DELIVERY

All Grümwise orders include tracking information provided via email once your parcel has shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking details to update.

If you have concerns regarding your delivery or your tracking information, please contact our team at admin@grumwise.com with your order number and tracking reference for assistance.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

While we strive to ensure every order arrives on time, certain circumstances may result in delivery delays, including but not limited to:

  • High-volume order periods or holiday seasons

  • Customs or import inspection delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier network disruptions

Grümwise is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or factors beyond our control.

7. FAILED DELIVERIES AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or missed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Grümwise is not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
