GRÜMWISE RETURN, REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

1. RETURN POLICY

At Grümwise, we genuinely believe in the quality and performance of our grooming products, and we stand behind everything we make. Most customers love their Grümwise gear and keep it for the long run. That said, we also understand that sometimes things just aren’t the right fit.

If that’s the case, you’re in safe hands.

If you’re not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from grumwise.com, you’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Our goal is to make the process simple, fair, and stress-free.

Our Promise to You

If you’re unsure or disappointed, email us. We’ll take care of it. We’d much rather help you out than have you stuck with something you don’t want. Just simply follow the return process below its that easy.

We design Grümwise products because we know they work, which is exactly why returns are rare. But if you need one, that’s okay too. We’d rather earn your trust than force a decision you’re not comfortable with.

Products purchased from any source other than grumwise.com are not covered under this policy. If you purchased from an authorized retailer in the future, their return policy will apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, returns from unauthorized retailers are not eligible under the Grümwise Return Policy.

2. RETURNS PROCESS

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or, if preferred, as store credit once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at admin@grumwise.com and include the following information in your email:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. The product(s) you wish to return

  4. Photo of the item 

  5. A brief reason for the return

If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item to our distribution warehouse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns where there is evidence of abuse, excessive claims, or purchases made for non-personal use. However Yes, we do accept returns for defective and non-defective products. 

3. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit (as selected by the customer) within approximately 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For exchanges, please return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item through our website.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY

Grümwise offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all electronic grooming devices purchased directly from grumwise.com.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal, intended use, subject to the conditions below:

To be eligible for a warranty claim:

  1. The product must have been purchased directly from grumwise.com.

  2. You must provide proof of purchase and the product’s serial or order number.

  3. The product must have been used only as intended and according to the included instructions.

  4. The product must not have been altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Grümwise or an authorized service provider.

If a defect occurs under these conditions within the warranty period, Grümwise will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may provide an equivalent model of equal value.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

  • Consumable parts (e.g., blades, guards, batteries)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance

5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To submit a warranty claim, please contact admin@grumwise.com with the following details:

  1. Product name and model

  2. Order number (if purchased through grumwise.com)

  3. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

  4. Description of the issue, including supporting photos if applicable

If your claim is valid and within the warranty period, our support team will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Grümwise for inspection. Upon receiving and verifying the defective product, we will notify you of the outcome of your claim within 7 business days.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

There are no express warranties other than this Limited Warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grümwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
